I was skeptical going to the hotel based on the reviews but our room was amazing. Large, very clean and bedding looked new. Bathroom was also very clean. Staff were very friendly. Large parking lot. Lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance . Fridge and microwave worked great. Not far from Darien Lake. The children (12 and 10) enjoyed the waterpark and went both days in the morning. They also loved the arcade which was reasonably priced to play. Kids have asked to go back as they loved the hotel. Lots of outlets to plug in 4 different devices. Good size TV.

Other than the room having a weird smell when you first walked in and a little trouble with the key at first I have no complaints . The staff was nice and it was something fun for the kids to do for a quick overnight trip . Staff was really nice !

Amazing staff and besides the water park not being open we loved our stay. We'll see you again in 2 weeks when we go back.

Did not have breakfast there. Staff was exceptionally good. Becky excellent. Housekeeping staff excellent.
